A few weeks ago I shared a Runway To Room post that featured Milla Jovovich. Well— I am back with another one!! This time we are taking a closer look at Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s red— errr, green carpet look at the Moscow opening of Transformers: Dark of the Moon. That’s right. This is the girl who replaced Megan Fox. And she’s hitting Megan right where it hurts- Rosie’s going after the bombshell title. I mean, what else can you say when you see Rosie strutting her stuff in this Gucci Fall 2011 look? Not only does Rosie looks stunning, she owns the look. And with a modeling resume like hers, it is not surprising.
The look is dramatic, daring, light, organic, sensuous and full of movement. Just a few adjectives! But can you replicate it in your home? Why yes, yes you can…
Like Rosie, this foyer is striking. The legs on the console table add height to the room- just like Rosie’s do! All joking aside, both space and look are light, and airy, while still feeling utterly elegant. Plus they share an intriguing global aesthetic.
Obviously the colors compliment each other perfectly- with both garment and room being topped with this chartreuse green and anchored by the black. Even the drapery shares a similar detail as the flower on Rosie’s blouse!
This bathroom checks all the boxes- from the drama to the airiness! The room elicits the same feelings as the Rosie’s bold look. The mosaic golden-green mirrored-wall, the translucent light fixtures and the raised black vanity, all share the same head turning appeal of the original look.
What do you think of Rosie’s look? Which is your favorite room?
