Playing In Honduras

Have you been enjoying the guest posts?  I hope so!  Thanks so much to Madison (Fashion Tales) and Veronica (Best of Palm Beach Consignment) for contributing to NoH the last couple days.  Next week I have two more great guest posters, but in the meantime I had to stop in and share some photos from my trip thus far!

Yesterday was our first day at the center in Linaca, Honduras.  This is an after-school center that our friends built as a place for kids to study and play during the school year.  Here in Honduras the school year runs from February until November, so right now the kids are on break.  But that didn’t deter them from coming to the center!  We spent most of today playing with the kids—I got beaten in memory cards and Lukus taught a few little boys how to pitch a baseball.  We even got the opportunity to catch some of the kids practicing a dance!  All and all it was a very fun day and a great reminder that kids are kids everywhere.

What was your favorite game to play as a child?
