A Pinch Of Green

I am not one for themed dressing, but I am one for themed posts.  And this one is green, in honor of a holiday that I have never celebrated: St. Patrick’s Day.

Yes, it is the day where people claim Irish heritage, dye their waterways green and dress in green to avoid being pinched.

While, I have never worn green on this day (I guess I am a glutton for punishment), I do appreciate the decision.  So, if you are going to wear green, you might as well look chic doing so! (Besides, I can honestly say I have never seen an attractive leprechaun t-shirt…)

Go ahead, drink green beer, but do it wearing one of these looks, okay?

  1. No St. Patrick’s Day?! Oh come on :)
I’m going to Nashville with a couple girl friends to celebrate. My outfit include green suspenders and I couldn’t be more excited.

  2. I love green and have a lot of (fairly) chic green outfits. However, for St. Paddy’s Day, I usually opt for a tacky t-shirt. Sorry!

  3. I’ve never been one to wear much green, but I’m in love with that bracelet!

  4. Loving the outfits you picked out!

  5. Ha! Love this. I do wear green – my family is Irish, and we also wear pink/red on Valentine’s, orange and black on Halloween, and all that silliness. But last year I went for green eyeshadow – much more subtle, fun and still festive!

  6. No green for me on St. Patrick’s Day and no pink for me during October for breast cancer awareness. But I do love hearts on Valentine’s Day! Go figure.

  7. I would love to wear any of those…..they are all gorgeous pieces on any day. Honestly, I don’t wear green on St. Patrick’s day either, but my kids no better then to pinch me,lol

  8. The only pick I don’t care for are the loafers. But I do love green, *and* I’m half Irish. We must always wear green on St. Paddy’s or my kids will begin pinching! :-)

  9. The kelly green Free People skinny jeans are fabulous!
