Floral Frenzy: Spring 2012 Ad Campaigns

I know what you are thinking.

“What more could Alexis possibly say about florals????”

Well the answer is: Plenty.

So, we carry on in our flower inspired week!

Today I thought it would be fun to take a look at some of the designers who embraced a floral theme for their Spring 2012 ad campaigns.  Perhaps embrace is to weak of a word.  These designers committed to florals:

Cynthia Rowley, photographed by Tim Barber.

Prabal Gurung, photographed by Daniel Jackson.

Stella McCartney, photographed by Mert & Marcus.

Tell me, what do you think of these ad campaigns?  Love or hate the floral themes?

  1. not sure about the peony licking, but love the rest of them :-) (stella is my absolute favorite by far!)

  2. I’ve been a bit obsessed with that Prabal grape dress, so glad you posted it! I’m always a fan of Stella’s ad campaigns–love the florals that always pop up, it seems interesting to me that they are not always so much in her collection but just the feel she’s going for. Hope your week has been a good one so far Alexis!

  3. I love all of them! Especially the outfit the model’s wearing in the top photo.

  4. I love Rowley no matter what and it’s a great campaign but surprisingly, I don’t like Stella’s. Shocker.

  5. I love the Cynthia Rowley ad & is certainly something I’d rock. When it comes to fashion I’m a sucker for two things. Stripes & Florals. Never have enough.

  6. so cute thanks for sharing

  7. Now, these pictures rock!!

  8. Heather says:

Love love love florals. Can’t design them at all, but I love looking at them and buying them!
