There is no question that Reem Acra is a red carpet darling. Seriously, you can’t watch an awards show with out seeing several of her creations. And the Reem Acra S/S 2013 Collection continued the trend with several fantastic gowns. But what also caught my attention were the slightly more flirtatious dresses.
Here are some of the pieces that intrigued me:
This one has the flirtation I was talking about! I love the sheerness and over all ethereal feel of this dress.
Okay, so this one is a bit more temptress than angel. But there is nonetheless a clear sensuality to it.
My love of sequins is well documented here on North On Harper and paired with the cropped jacket results in a look with a sense of fun.
I had to include a couple Reem Acra S/S 2013 gowns. After all, this is what she is known for! I love the elegant yet conservative front of this dress (spoiler- its backless!).
As for this piece- well is there anything more dramatic than a red gown? And the peek-a-boo detail of this one only adds to that experience.

That first dress is stunning; I stared at it for quite a while, it’s just fantastic. The last dress is also really great. No wonder why these pieces intrigued you!

That first white dress is divine! I hope I can find an affordable version when the time comes.

YES to the sequins! Love all these, apart from the black outfit – kinda scary for me, ha! That final scarlet gown took my breath away, just divine!
Those are gorgeous dresses. It will be hard to choose a favorite! How cool is the red one though? Absolutely, jaw droppingly beautiful!
