I spent almost all of September covering high fashion. But let’s be honest: that stuff doesn’t come out for another several months and even when it does, most of us don’t wear runway from head to toe. So, I thought I would take a moment to look at the Nicole Richie For Impulse Macy’s Collaboration line. As I have mentioned about a zillion times before, I think (when done well) collaboration lines are a great way to build out your wardrobe.
Richie has done a great job of transitioning from reality star to fashionista and I am a big fan of her House of Harlow jewelry line and Winter Kate clothing line. This collaboration seems to do a great job of capturing her Boho meets Urban sensibilities and is full of fall rich jewel tones. And with pieces ranging from $49 – $129 the prices is right for trying something new!
Here are some of my favorite picks:
The Items:
Short-Sleeve High-Neck Faux-Leather Textured Top
Long-Sleeve High-Neck Feather-Print Lace Dress
Sleeveless High-Neck Feather-Print Lace A-Line Dress
Sleeveless Scoop-Neck Faux-Leather Studded Mini Dress
Peacock-Print A-Line Handkerchief-Hem Maxi Skirt
Tell me, what do you think of the Nicole Richie For Impulse Macy’s Collaboration line? You can check out the rest of the collection HERE!

I love Nicole Richie’s line. I think she has a great eye for fashion. I still remember her on “The Simple Life” with Paris Hilton, which is when I first fell in love with her. She seems like such a fun person!

I need to take a closer look at the collection. However, from this post it seems like there might be a few pieces I would like to have in my closet.
I’ve been a fan of Nicole for awhile now, and am so happy to hear this is where she ended up going =) She’s looking beautiful and her designs have her written all over it.
Nicole sure came a long way. Lovely pieces:)
I’m glad that you posted about this, I’ve not had a chance to breathe or even look too much of her collection. From what I’ve seen though I really love it, especially that it’s affordable pieces. I think she has a great sense of style. Hope you’re having a good week so far. -xx/Madison
I’m so glad to see that you covered this Alexis! I am a big fan of some of Macy’s collaborations and bought a Doo.ri dress last year that I always take with me when I travel, it’s so great. Love the faux leather top above, I will have to check it out!

I love this!! Not enough black, white and grey to satisfy my stingy dress code, though.
Love the blue, though. So rich and alive.
I saw part of her collection at Macy’s recently…not a lot of wearable pieces in my life, but they were definitely Nichole Richie-ish.
